- 3 cups chicken, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion
- 2 (4 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup potato chips
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- Mix chips and parmesan , crush the chips before adding to parmesan .
- combine all ingredients except chips and parm. Pour into baking dish . Bake 30 minutes at 350 remove from oven . spoon topping of chips and parm on casserole . Bake 20 minutes more . Enjoy !
This turned out really tasty. I was not sure if the chicken should have been cookbed before going in or raw. I put it in raw and just cooked it longer...Tasted good though. Everyone raved. Made for PAC spring 2012
