- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 2 chopped chicken breasts
- 113.39 g snow peas
- 14.79 ml chopped red onion
- 226.79 g sliced mushrooms
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
- 29.58 ml diced prosciutto di Parma
- 44.37 ml butter
- 59.14 ml chicken stock
- 118.29 ml heavy cream
- 29.58 ml grated romano cheese
- 226.79 g bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1.23 ml black pepper
directions
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Add chicken pieces, snow peas, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until lightly browned.
- Add prosciutto and cook 1 minute more.
- Deglaze pan with butter. Add chicken stock and cream and simmer until bubbly.
- Add the cheese and pour over the cooked pasta. Add black pepper and serve.
