Chicken Avocado Soup

Try this delicious chicken soup that's perfect for a cold rainy day or for someone not feeling well.
Directions:
1
Remove the skin from the chicken. Cut or tear the chicken into large strips.

Cook the Spanish rice according to its instructions.
3
Dice the onion and cilantro.
4
Cut the avocados into medium sized cubes.
5
Add the chicken strips, tomatoes, onion and cilantro into a large pot with the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
6
To serve, put some of the Spanish rice into a soup bowl and add some soup. Top off with the avocados.
