  1. I have to give this recipe only a 3 because it took alot of personal "tweaking" to make it work. I doubled the soup. Added 1/4c extra milk. Added salt & pepper. I also doubled the chicken and there still didn't seem to be enough. It was an okay dish after all of that. Very kid friendly.

  2. This is a very good and satisfying dish!!! I did double the milk and soup to make it it a bit more saucier. This dish will surely please your family and I am so glad you shared it, FaithfulCookinNC. I can't wait to make it again.

  3. This is another quick and easy dish to prepare. I think it needed a little more milk, maybe a 1/4 cup more. I would also add more cheese and some salt and pepper. But overall is was good and I would make again with those changes. Thank you for another quick recipe. Made for PAC Fall 2007.

Cook nightly for 8 people. We have a large blended family. Always looking for ways to cut down my time in the kitchen while still providing the comfort foods that my varied family will eat! Budget is also a large consideration with so many mouths to feed!
