Chewy Granola Bars

"My kids love granola bars, but they are so expensive! this way is more economical and I know exactly what is not in them-preservatives!!!! I am working on a healthier version, lower in fat and calories I hope. 3 T toasted wheat garm and or 1 T sesame seed can also be added to this recipe if you desire."
