  1. Put chicken carcass, carrots, onions and celery, peppercorns, garlic, parsley & bay leaves in pot.
  2. Cover with chicken stock, and simmer for an hour.
  3. Add broccoli and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Blend in a blender, return to pot and add cheese.
  5. Simmer to melt cheese.
