"Sauce mix to use instead of creamy soups in casserole recipes. Low fat, low sodium."

ingredients

• 473.18 ml nonfat dry milk powder
• 177.44 ml cornstarch
• 59.14 ml instant chicken bouillon, low sodium
• 29.58 ml instant onion flakes
• 4.92 ml dried basil
• 4.92 ml dried thyme
• 2.46 ml pepper
• 295.73 ml water

directions

1. Blend all dry ingredients and store in a glass jar.
2. When ready to use, combine 1/3 c mix with 1 1/4 c water and mix well.
3. This substitutes for 1 10oz can of soup.
