  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread pistachios on a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Rub pistachios in a towel to remove skins.
  4. Chop nuts coarsely in a food processor; set aside.
  5. Whisk together ricotta, sugar, and orange zest until smooth.
  6. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Serve with strawberries.
