This is such a quick and easy main dish, not to mention delicious! Make it spicy or not. Perfect for when you're too tired to cook. We broiled instead of grilling since it was raining...just have to watch it closely to not overcook (true when broiling anything, right?). Our's was cooked perfectly and was so moist and flavorful. Swordfish is a nice meaty-textured fish. Fabulous :)

I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
