This is the recipe my mom has used for years. I couldn't find another on here quite like it....
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Blend ingredients until smooth (can use blender or food processor as well).
- Pour into greased 9" wide deep pie pan or a small casserole dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
- Note: Can add a bit of nutmeg or cinnamon but is very nice "as is" as well.
