- 680.38 g ground beef
- 4 crusty rolls

Relish
- 59.14 ml diced tomatoes
- 29.58 ml roasted red peppers, rinsed,and minced
- 29.58 ml finely chopped red onions
- 9.85 ml red wine vinegar

Aioli
- 78.78 ml mayonnaise
- 29.58 ml shredded parmesan cheese
- 29.58 ml finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
directions
- Combine relish ingredients; cover and chill.
- Combine aioli ingredients in separate bowl; cover and chill.
- Shape meat into 4 patties and cook over grill until it is how you want it done.
- Spread aioli on bottom of bun; top with burger.
- Spoon relish over and garnish with parmesan pieces thinly sliced.
