- 8 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 ounces bacon bits
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
directions
- Place fresh cut brocoli florets in a large bowl.
- Add bacon, cheese, and crasins.
- In a seperate bowl, mix mayonaise, vinegar, and sugar thoroughly.
- Add may mixture to brocoli mixture.
- Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
