  • Place fresh cut brocoli florets in a large bowl.
  • Add bacon, cheese, and crasins.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix mayonaise, vinegar, and sugar thoroughly.
  • Add may mixture to brocoli mixture.
  • Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  1. This is the best broccoli salad I've ever had! It's just perfect and I especially liked that it didn't call for onion as most recipes seem to. Also loved the dried cranberries (I used craisins). I also substituted lemon juice for the vinegar. Made for Bargain Basement tag game.
