- 1 bunch broccoli, small pieces
- 1 small head cauliflower, small pieces
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 lb bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- Gently mix all salad ingredients.blend dressing ingredients thoroughly.fold dressing into vegetable mixture and refrigerate at least 1-2 hours before serving.
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
