Great to prepare the night before when you have breakfast guests.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brown sausage meat, crumble and drain.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add milk, salt and mustard.
  4. Add sausage meat and bread.
  5. Add cheese, onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and stick in fridge overnight.
  7. In morning bake uncovered for about 1-hour in a 350°F oven.
