Oh how I love this recipe! I had to use my ABM as the stand mixer was otherwise occupied! (Chirstmas Cookies! :) ) This is a wonderfully verisital recipe! I followed the recipe as directed except to add 2 tablespoons of dried minced onions. I made these the size of cocktail buns (qty of 9) to use for sammies with any leftover ham we may have after Christmas. Thank you Kitt! As always a wonderful recipe!

Wonderful dinner rolls that I served with another one of Kitten's great recipes, Recipe #318998. I did use two teaspoons of powdered milk as one didnt look like enough. The dough seemed perfect to me and rose nicely before baking. Very tasty and easy to make! Made and reviewed for Kittencal's Top 25 Tag Game.

I am rating based on the dough portion only. I am making this recipe to freeze for the holidays. the dough comes out nice and silky. I will edit after breads are baked. Made for Cookathon for Kittencal 2008. Love ya! Kitten- a 5+ in my book. Pulled sme frozen dough out of the freezer this weekend and cooked it up beautifully. Now I know a great recipe to double up so bread can be made on those rough or too busy days. edited 4/12/09---Kitten made again and added in 1 c whole wheat flour, 3 tbsp dried spinach mix(basil, oregano, dehydrated spinach) WOW and super wow. Made for Easter dinner rolls and they came out fantastic. This recipe is very versatile!
