This was really good even though I didn't follow the recipe exactly. All I had was 3/4 cup of cream of wheat so to make up the difference, I added wheat flour. I fixed this on my "dough" cycle in my bread machine and ended up having to add a little more wheat flour because it was too gooey. I baked it in my regular oven at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. This bread rose quickly and made a huge loaf so be sure and use a large loaf pan to bake it in.
