- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add bananas, egg, water, and oil, mixing well.
- Bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 ºF or until done.
- Remove from pan and let cool.

I decided to give this one a try since I had both a lot of bananas that needed to be used up, plus a box of Cream of Wheat that didn't seem to be going anywhere. :) I would actually give this one a 5 for texture - it's moist and firm and not sticky. The Cream of Wheat makes the top crunchy! I did find this to be a bit bland, though - next time I will add in some cinnamon, vanilla and maybe more nutmeg. As you may guess from the ingredients, this is definitely NOT a sweet bread, which I happened to like a lot. My only change was to use 2 cups of bananas, and by doing so I was able to cut the only down to 1/2 a cup. One last thing - the "batter" is really soupy... It almost looks wrong, but it all turns out fine! Thank you so much for this unique recipe!
