- 1⁄2 cup Bourbon
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- cracked black pepper
directions
- Add bourbon to hot pan used for cooking pork. Boil for one minute. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat, simmer to desired nappe.
