- 12 slices bread, cubed
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup blueberries
- 12 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups milk

Blueberry Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup blueberries
directions
- Spread bread cubes in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Dot with cream cheese and blueberries.
- Beat the eggs. Add maple syrup and milk. Pour over. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 30 minutes covered with foil; remove foil and bake 30 minutes uncovered.
- To make Blueberry Syrup: Stir sugar, cornstarch and water together over high heat. Add the butter and blueberries. Cook until berries pop. Serve warm over casserole.
