This is so yummy with crackers or french bread or veggies. If you love bleu cheese you have to try this, and even if you don't it's fabulous, give it a try!
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup crumbled blue cheese, softened (french or danish)
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup ripe pimento stuffed olive, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
