Black Forest Cheesecake Bars

"These are my own creation. I took a year and a half of baking and pastry at CC, but I still like my short cuts every once and a while. These are wonderful and quite easy. They are kind of messy though. VERY rich!"

  1. These are really nice. I found that when tiring to spread the cream cheese the base was to hot and should be allowed to cool. What I did was to drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese and then I also, because I want this as a bar and not a desert I dropped spoonfuls of the cherries and bake it.
