Directions

  1. Drain and rinse peas.
  2. Add chopped celery and onion.
  3. Combine oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and cayenne. Mix well.
  4. Pour over peas and stir gently.
  5. Allow to chill in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
  6. At serving time, add the diced tomato.
