Best Ever Cookies

• Yields: 100 cookies

ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup oil
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup crisp rice cereal
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 cup nuts

directions

1. Cream together first six ingredients.
2. Add flour, salt, soda, cream of tartar and mix well. Mixture will appear too "thin" for cooking. It will be fine when remaining ingredients are added.
3. Stir in coconut, cereal, oatmeal, choco chips, nuts.
4. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees.
