Best Cinnamon Buns (Rolls)

  • Place all dough ingredients into bowl and mix until dough forms, I use a dough hook with the mixer, if you don't have one, mix by hand, and kneed until mixed.
  • Set dough aside in draft free area, and allow to double in size.
  • In small bowl combine filling ingredients, and mix well.
  • After dough has doubled, punch down, and roll out, into a 16x21 inch rectangle.
  • Spread filling all over dough.
  • Roll up tightly.
  • Cut into 12 equal buns (rolls).
  • Place into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
  • Cover and let rise until doubled.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place buns (rolls) into oven for approximately 15 minute.
  • While buns (rolls) are baking mix together the icing ingredients.
  • Spread the icing on warm buns (rolls).
  • Enjoy!
  • These will warm up nicely in the microwave--if you have any leftovers.

I am no where close to the Professional Chefs, but I turn out some very good stuff, and some concockions not fit for consumption when I experiment. Overall I love to cook, bake, and the BBQ .
