ingredients

Dough
- 1 1⁄4 cups warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 4 -5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast

Filling
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 1⁄3 cup margarine

Icing
- 3 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups icing sugar (powered, confectioners')
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
directions
- Place all dough ingredients into bowl and mix until dough forms, I use a dough hook with the mixer, if you don't have one, mix by hand, and kneed until mixed.
- Set dough aside in draft free area, and allow to double in size.
- In small bowl combine filling ingredients, and mix well.
- After dough has doubled, punch down, and roll out, into a 16x21 inch rectangle.
- Spread filling all over dough.
- Roll up tightly.
- Cut into 12 equal buns (rolls).
- Place into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place buns (rolls) into oven for approximately 15 minute.
- While buns (rolls) are baking mix together the icing ingredients.
- Spread the icing on warm buns (rolls).
- Enjoy!
- These will warm up nicely in the microwave--if you have any leftovers.
