  1. place 1 can drained beans in bottom of greased 9x11 pan,.
  2. add 1 can Rotel,.
  3. spread 1/2 container of sour cream over that,.
  4. cut 1 brick cream cheese in slices and place half over that,.
  5. empty 1/2 can of olives over that.
  6. sprinkle spices,.
  7. End with left over shredded cheese.
  8. repeat the whole process.
  9. Bake in 350* oven for about 30 mins, or till cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot with"Scoops" chips.
