- 907.18 g beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 793.78 g diced tomatoes, canned
- 8 potatoes, cubed
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 14.79 ml salt
- 59.16 ml minute tapioca (add more for thicker gravy)
directions
- Do not brown meat.
- Place all ingredients in a large roaster and cover.
- Bake at 250 for five hours, stirring two or three times during cooking process.
