I had been searching the net all day trying to find a ‘Spanish style’ ground beef meal that, would be easy, filling and delicious, using the things I had on hand. After seeing so many wonderful recipes, I accidentally, stumbled upon this little gem. What caught my eye was the age of the actual recipe because, I enjoy how comforting and tasty they were, as well as the no fuss or fancy staples required. As I suspected this one was a hit! It would be very easy to switch it up to one’s taste preference or for items you have ect. I’m not sure why it hadn’t had any reviews after all this time but, I for one, am so very happy I found this recipe and gave it a try. It is now a meal regular.
