  • Place the beef in a 3-quart slow cooker.
  • Combine the brown sugar, mustard, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper; sprinkle over beef and toss to coat.
  • Top with onion, tomatoes, beans, and corn.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

  1. Gosh this recipe is well worth saving! I did make a change in the Rotel because it is a bit to hot for us so I used 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes with two 4 ounce cans of mild chilies. Enjoy Bush's chili beans so went ahead and used them. Liked that the meat didnt get lost in the beans and corn and will be a stick to your ribs sort of meal when I serve it over brown rice. Good find kitty....thank you! Made and reviewed for KK's Recipe Tag game.
