ingredients
- 453.59 g ground turkey
- 453.59 g ground chuck
- 1 yellow onion
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 118.29 ml breadcrumbs
- 59.14 ml romano cheese
- 29.58 ml italian seasoning
- 22.18 ml salt, to taste
directions
- Mix all ingredients, form into 25 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Obviously the "10 garlic cloves" is a misprint. I used 2 garlic cloves and cut down the salt ( I always use very little salt in cooking), then stayed with the rest of the printed recipe. I made dinner meatballs so I made 17 instead of 25 as suggested servings. We loved them, moist and very favorable. I'll continue making these and try them with different recipes.
