  1. Obviously the "10 garlic cloves" is a misprint. I used 2 garlic cloves and cut down the salt ( I always use very little salt in cooking), then stayed with the rest of the printed recipe. I made dinner meatballs so I made 17 instead of 25 as suggested servings. We loved them, moist and very favorable. I'll continue making these and try them with different recipes.
     
  2. These were amazing! I made them lower carb by using almond flour instead of the bread crumbs. I also added 1 TBSP of nutritional yeast. I followed all of the other ingredients as listed Really yummy! Perfect for snacking, or adding to your favorite pasta sauce.
     
  3. Listen, any recipe with 10 garlic cloves is right up my alley. These were fabulous without salt. A new staple in our household!
     
  4. Too much garlic & salt for 5 stars, but will make it again.

Tweaks

  1. I used 2 cloves of garlic rather than the ten in recipe. I will use just one next time. I'm a salt freak, but 1 1/2 Tbsp was too much even for me. Otherwise I'll make this again, for sure!
