BBQ Pulled Pork (Oamc, Slow Cooker)

- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 (12 ounce) can cola
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
directions
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Peel garlic and place on top.
- Peel onion and slice. Separate rings and place on top of roast and garlic.
- Pour cola over roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours, or until roast is cooked through.
- Remove roast from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
- Remove and discard onions and garlic if desired.
- Return meat to slow cooker.
- Pour in bbq sauce and stir well.
- Heat on high 30 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
