  • Beat Salt, Pepper, Poultry Seasoning, Vinegar & Beer in large container.
  • Add eggs to mixture and beat again.
  • Add oil to mixture and beat again.
  • Add Chicken ensuring chicken is submerged in mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (min 12hrs. better after 24hrs).
  • Place marinated chicken on charcoal grill.
  • Cook for 45 to 60 minutes flipping every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
  • Serve with potato or macaroni salad.

Born in New England, but raised in the Southeast US I have had a wide variety of influences in my food tastes. Being gluten free for almost 20 years due to Celiac disease, I have learned that I can make almost anything free of gluten if I try.
