Basic Ham Salad

"I received this recipe during a recipe swap a few years back. It is super simple and tasty. It can be served as an appetizer with carrot sticks and crackers, or as a lunch served on a croissant or sandwich bread. This recipe is a great way to use up some of that leftover holiday ham!"

  1. This is a nice ham salad. But somehow I would have prefered it with shredded ham. And I used the optional sweet pickle juice. Next time I'll omit it. Thanks January Bride :) Made for Bargain Basement tag game
