Crust
- 12 graham crackers (crushed fine)
- 56.69 g butter (soft not melted)
- 59.14 ml sugar

Filling
- 340.19 g cream cheese (4-3 oz pkgs)
- 177.44 ml sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 2.46 ml almond extract

- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract

Crust:
- Mix all ingredients together and spread in bottom of 8-in springform pan (do not pack).

Filling:
- All ingredients must be room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients together. Mix with mixer just until smooth; pour in springform pan. Place in preheated 300°F oven for 40 minutes or till the filling is firm.
- Cool very slowly or cake will crack.
- When filling is cold and only then, spread topping on top then place back in 300°F oven for 7 minutes.
- Topping: Mix till smooth.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours for best flavor.
