  • Crust:

  • Mix all ingredients together and spread in bottom of 8-in springform pan (do not pack).
  • Filling:

  • All ingredients must be room temperature.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Mix with mixer just until smooth; pour in springform pan. Place in preheated 300°F oven for 40 minutes or till the filling is firm.
  • Cool very slowly or cake will crack.
  • When filling is cold and only then, spread topping on top then place back in 300°F oven for 7 minutes.
  • Topping: Mix till smooth.
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours for best flavor.
