ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ lbs ground beef (beef, turkey or venison)
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
¹⁄₄ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ cup breadcrumbs (we prefer Italian flavored - use plain if you wish)
SAUCE
¹⁄₄ cup ketchup
¹⁄₂ teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar

directions

Mix all ingredients for patties.
(not sauce).
Shape into 4 large patties.
Mix sauce ingredients.
Pour over patties.
Bake@ 350 for 1 hour.
