  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour loaf pans (5 mini loaf pans or 2 9x5 loaf pans).
  • In large bowl melt butter.
  • Stir in sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in eggs, bananas and walnuts until well blended.
  • Stir in baking soda, salt and flour.
  • Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted into crown of loaf comes out clean.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes and turn out on cooling rack.
  • Cool completely and wrap in aluminum foil to keep in moisture.
