This one is great! Very healthy and tasty! The only problem I encountered was that it was too moist, but I think I used a bit too much banana.

Directions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients (oatmeal to allspice) in a large bowl.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
  4. Pour into a greased large size loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50min.
