My mom makes a banana bread recipe that calls for cake mix and pudding. It is SO good, but I wanted to find a recipe that I could make without all the mixes, and this one is the best I have come across so far! I added an additional 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of banana extract to intensify the flavors. With those additions, this recipe is almost a twin of my mom's cake mix banana bread recipe!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!! I will make this for many years to come!
