- 453.59 g package Polish sausage or 453.59 g package turkey sausage
- 425.24 g jar sauerkraut
- 4 slice bacon, cooked and drained
- 78.78 ml brown sugar
- 411.06 g can stewed tomatoes
directions
- In a bowl stir together the sauerkraut and tomatoes.
- Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Crumble the cooked bacon over the top and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
- Top with the sausage.
- Bake at 400-degrees until the sausage is cooked and the sauerkraut is bubbly.
