    This is a real rich and cheesy macaroni recipe, even if you use the lower fat options. Easy to bake in the oven and easier if you use the crock pot. Make sure you spray the crock pot well

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Cook elbow macaroni as directed on package, drain well.

      Place macaroni in large bowl or the pot used for cooking it.

      Add melted butter, and evaporated milk.
    5. 5
      Mix in eggs, add cheese and mix well.

      Pour into 13 x 9 pan, greased, I spray mine with butter flavored cooking spray.

      Bake 30-40 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.

      Another option: double the recipe, spray crockpot with butter flavored cooking spray and cook for 6-8 hours.

      loved it, didn't have enough sharp cheddar, made do with colby and sprinkled some extra on top. Fabulous, thanks for posting.

      I liked this; my husband would not eat it. Said it was too greasy. I would definitely call this rich, but I wouldn't necessarily use the word creamy to describe it. I followed the recipe exactly, using the lower fat versions of items, but although I did like it, I have to agree with my husband that it was swimming in butter.

      Oh Mandabear this was heavenly :)
      I made this for my fiancee and he absolutely flipped over it.
      I added one little touch that I thought was nice, I melted a small amount of butter with a few Tbs of Italian dried bread crumbs and sprinkled them on top before cooking,,,YUMMY
