I like this cause its easy...lol
- 2 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Wash meat and dry.
- Season with the salt and black pepper.
- Dip cutlet in egg.
- Then dip in breadcrumbs, till fully covered.
- Then place in lightly greased baking pan.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes,or until cooked.
