Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

"As good as it sounds—a bacon cheeseburger in easy casserole form! Instead of fries on the side, you get golden brown tots on top."

ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1⁄3 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
• 4 cups frozen bite-size tater tots

directions

1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.
2. BROWN meat with onions in skillet; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. TOP with remaining ingredients.
4. BAKE 30 to 35 minute or until casserole is heated through and tater tots are golden brown.
