  1. This was SO good, it's now our forever Christmas-morning recipe!

  2. Excellent!! I used left over sliced variety of cheeses from a cracker tray from the previous nights party. It was delicious. I also added extra egg because I had deep dish pie crust. I am making it again this weekend!

  3. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this recipe. It's been my favorite for years! It's pretty much foolproof. I've used lots of different cheeses and filling ingredients. We sometimes have 1/2 & 1/2 in the house, but mostly I just use 1% milk. The recipe perfectly fills my standard Pyrex pie plate. When I use my larger pie plates, I make 1 1/2 times the egg mixture. Great recipe! Thanks!

  4. AMAZING best quiche I've had or made hands down!! 100% my go to recipe for quiche now! Love love love!!!

  5. Go-to quiche recipe. Sometimes we add broccoli. Or instead of bacon, do ham. Such a delicious and easy dish. Picky husband says it's the best quiche he's ever had. The tot even eats it!

  1. Mmmmmmm, this was soooo good! I made it for dinner with ham instead of bacon and it tastes so delish! I don't think I would change a thing about it. I served it with steamed artichokes. Pam

I live in south eastern Louisiana where we have the best food in the world! I've always loved to cook ever since I was a little girl and my grandmothers, Nannie and Maw Maw T, were very influential to me. I enjoy making dishes from scratch and using old fashioned recipes - it's always worth the effort. My husband & I love to barbecue several times a week since we love to be outdoors. I love to entertain friends and family on weekends.
