My sister makes these for special occasions. She normally cuts these into finger sandwiches for snacks. When they are served they go very quickly!

  1. In food processor place 1 shrimp until finely chopped. Add mayo, lemon juice, tabasco & pepper.
  2. Corsley chop 1/4 lb shrimp with celery.
  3. Trim crusts & serve.

Good salad! I had to add more mayo for my taste as 2 T wasn't enough. I used low fat mayo added in some green onion, omitted the celery. and then put it on a whole wheat tortilla. Thanks, Wendy!
