- 1⁄4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
- 15 large prawns, peeled, deveined, cooked and chopped into pieces
- 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
- 1 pinch sea salt, ground
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
directions
- In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip®, mayo, celery, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; stir until well mixed.
- Add chopped shrimp and stir again before adding dill, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir again, cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Serve on croissants or on a bed of lettuce with cherry tomatoes and slices of cucumber. Makes 4.

This makes a really nice sandwich. I especially like it on the croissant. I did use all mayo and no Miracle Whip though. My Mum always bought Miracle Whip instead of mayo, but I discovered I like mayo better, so I never buy the other. I've had very similar sandwiches before with baby shrimp and fake crab (pollock) that had sprouts and avocado on it. That was good too! Thank-you for sharing! :-)
