- 453.59 g lump crabmeat
- 236.59 ml frozen spinach (thawed and finely chopped)
- 14.79 ml garlic, chopped
- 113.39 g fresh jalapenos, chopped
- 1.84 ml habanero pepper (optional)
- 226.79 g monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 226.79 g swiss cheese, shredded
- 113.39 g mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4.92 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 4.92 ml hot sauce
- 2.46 ml salt
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
directions
- Add the crabmeat, garlic, jalapenos,spinach, swiss, monterey jack, cheddar, worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and mayonnaise in a small crock pot . Toss gently to mix.Try not to break up crabmeat. Turn on low heat and allow to cook till heated . Once dip is hot turn off . Don’t allow mixture to over cook.Serve with tortilla chips .
