I love the vegetable side dish served at Tokyo Tokyo and I made this recipe to copy theirs. It's healthy and very filling. It's super easy! You should try it!

  1. 1. Mix all the vegetables together in one wok or skillet and put olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are still tender.
  2. 2. Add a few drops of sesame oil to add a unique taste and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top. Serve as a side dish for meat dishes.
