  • In a 1 pint glass jar or larger, combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and water. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well. Remove lid, and heat jar in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.

  2. I really liked the flavors in this dressing and will be making it again. I used it on a green salad and I'm eager to try it on for an oriental style cabbage slaw. The dressing has a terrific flavor, but is extremely thin. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

  4. Way to much soy sauce...overpowering. Can’t decide if I should try and tweak or go back to the internet and tray agin.
     
  5. I doubled the ginger, using the kind you find in the tube in the produce section. You can also heat the dressing briefly to dissolve the honey. So yummy I was eating it with a spoon!
