  1. I made this recently for a green salad with chicken. It is quite good - I made as written - loved the ginger and pomegranate flavors. The only drawback is that it is quite strong so next time I will cut it with water. Thanks for posting a great recipe!

  3. I love salad and I love ginger. Mixing the ginger, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and pomegranate syrup is a match made in heaven. A little taste of sweet, sour, salt. YUM!!!! The fresh ginger I have on hand was a little too strong so I used a little less than 1 tablespoon. I used canola oil because I believe it is the most neutral oil that won't interfere with the taste of the special ingredients. We will be having this dressing again! Thank you Nellabella!
