ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup pomegranate syrup
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil or 1/4 cup other mild flavored oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Will keep 1 week in fridge.

I love salad and I love ginger. Mixing the ginger, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and pomegranate syrup is a match made in heaven. A little taste of sweet, sour, salt. YUM!!!! The fresh ginger I have on hand was a little too strong so I used a little less than 1 tablespoon. I used canola oil because I believe it is the most neutral oil that won't interfere with the taste of the special ingredients. We will be having this dressing again! Thank you Nellabella!
