- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 egg whites
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
- 3⁄4 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons whipped butter
- 1 cup apricot
directions
- Preheat the Oven to 350.
- Coat a 9x5 Loaf Pan with cooking Spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a Medium Mixing Bowl.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
