This is a nice change from Maple Syrup. Tastes great on pancakes, waffles and ice cream. My family has been making this for years. Also nice to give as a gift with a decorated bottle.

  1. Pour Apple juice in a saucepan.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat, simmer until sugar dissolves.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into glass bottle.
  7. Add Cinnamon Stick and close the bottle.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  9. Serve warm on anything you use syrup on.
